Brothers Hubert and Harold (Jay) Bodden were two of the original shareholders of Island Paving Limited when it was formed in 1981. Together, they eventually acquired the entire company from the other shareholders in 1985; at which time the company was re-named Island Paving (1985) Limited.

Since it’s inception, Island Paving has been providing high quality paving and road-building services in the Cayman Islands. From Tennis Courts and Driveways to Roadways and Airport Runways, Island Paving has a proven track record for quality and reliability.

Island Paving has membership with the National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) and the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA). In addition, we are the authorized distributor in the Cayman Islands for Ingersoll-Rand and an authorized, licensed contractor for StreetPrint Pavement Texturing.

To this day, Island Paving remains a company that is 100% Caymanian owned and operated; committed to providing these islands with a vital element for infrastructure development now, and into the future.
